Is MobiWash in my area?

MobiWash provides services in London & Greater London, you can use our handy postcode checker accessible on the 'Price List' page to see which services are available in your area.

How does it work?

You can simply make bookings online for your car. We then show up at your chosen location at your desired time and day.

Your technicians will contact you to inform you when they have arrived. At this point, all you will need to do is have the car unlocked or provide the technicians with your car keys. Your technician will be more than happy to walk you through the service which he/she will be carrying out for you before they begin.

Does MobiWash need access to water or a hose?

We do not, our vans are fully self-contained and we bring all of the equipment necessary to complete your service, all we need is your keys!

Where do I enter my promo code?

Promotional codes & discounts can be entered during checkout when booking your MobiWash. If booking via phone our booking team will assist you with redeeming your promo code.

How are you protecting your employees and my vehicle from COVID-19?

The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. To that end, we’ve set up a number of protocols to protect them from the spread of COVID-19:

  • Use of company provided, fresh PPE - including masks, gloves, and safety goggles - for each service
  • Daily staff temperature checks
  • Prioritized use of hand sanitizer, and handwashing when available
  • Zero-contact appointments for employee and customer health
Does MobiWash need my keys?

Yes, the technician will be in contact with you to collect and return your keys for all services with the exception of an Exterior Valet service where we will not need to access the inside of your car.

How do I know my appointment is confirmed?

MobiWash will send you an email, text or in-app message depending on your preferences when your appointment is confirmed. Your technician will arrive within a 30-minute window of your appointment time and your appointment should be completed by the promised end time. If something unexpected comes up that will slow the technician down, we will let you know the impact on your service timing and cost.

What times can I book?

MobiWash phone lines are open from 8am-8pm and our website is always open for you to book in your MobiWash. You will only be able to book a service up to 30 days in advance.

How many services can you do at once?

The sky’s the limit at MobiWash. With enough notice, we can dedicate enough resources to handle even the largest of fleets.

What are MobiWash’s hours of operation?

We operate sunup to sundown, 7 days per week, with the exception of major holidays.

What is your policy if there is a problem with my MobiWash service?

Our MobiWash promise is to leave every customer satisfied with a clean vehicle. If you are disappointed with your service, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Call 0203 441 5802, click the chat button below, or send an email to within 7 days of your original appointment, and a member of our Customer Care team will promptly work with you to find the best solution, beginning with a complimentary "make-good" service. Make-good offers are valid for up to 30 days from the offer date.

What is your policy about vehicle damage?

If there is ever damage to your vehicle that is caused by our technician during your MobiWash service, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of. We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to a MobiWash service, such as jammed windows and cracked windshields.

What is MobiWash's weather policy?

We recommend avoiding booking on days that it is scheduled to rain however we have equipment to allow us to carry out the service in light rain should it start to rain during the time of your booking.

In the event of inclement weather, such as sub-freezing temperatures, severe storms, excessive wind, heat, rain, or hail, MobiWash will continue services in covered areas e.g. garages, underground parking, etc.

If no covered areas are available, the technicians will assess the current climate, and if necessary, our scheduling team will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.

What if I want to cancel my booking?

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the service. Any cancellations made after this time will result in you losing your deposit.

What products do MobiWash use?

MobiWash have carried out extensive research to find the best quality products available. There is no expense spared when choosing the right products for our services which is why we only use the industry's leading brands.

Can MobiWash use products I own to complete my service?

All of our products have been tried and tested to ensure quality, we will perform services with our own supply of materials to make sure you get the most of your MobiWash service.
